The results show that the experimental conditions such as reaction time, the amount of cadmium and selenium, and the ratio of the amount of cadmium and 3-mercaptopropionic acid have a significant effect on the spectral performance of CdSe quantum dots; the fluorescence of quantum dots prepared under different conditions The full width at half maximum of the emission peak was maintained in the range of 35 to 40 nm; the obtained CdSe quantum dots were cubic crystals. The pH was 11.0 and nCd: nSe: nMPA = 1: 0.2: 1.1 was prepared under reflux for 90 min The quantum quantum yield of quantum dots can reach 16.1%.
