ITRC Will Not Extend The Deadline For Restricting Rubber Export Programs

- Aug 29, 2019-

According to Thailand's August 19 news, the world's number one natural rubber producer will not extend the deadline for rubber export programs.

The International Tripartite Rubber Council (ITRC), consisting of Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia, announced in March that in order to boost the depressed rubber prices, the three countries will cut their rubber exports by 240,000 tons in four months.

In accordance with the Agreement on Export Tonnage (AETS), which was implemented on April 1, Indonesia and Malaysia have completed some projects. Thailand has restricted exports since May 20 and will be completed in September.

The total rubber production in these three countries accounts for about 70% of global production.

C9 Resin factory told us that rubber mainly uses China C9 Hydrocarbon Petroleum Resin with low softening point. These resins and natural rubber colloids have good mutual solubility and have no major influence on the rubber vulcanization process. C9 Hydrocarbon Petroleum Resin factory said that the addition of Petroleum Resin C9 to rubber can enhance the viscosity, strengthen and soften.
