N-ethylacetamide is an important chemical intermediate. It has been widely used in medicine, pesticides and other fields. It can also be used in organic synthesis, as a toughening agent, surfactant and solvent.
N2 ethylacetamide was synthesized by using the composition of Al2O3 and Si O2 as catalyst and ethyl acetate and ethylamine as raw materials. Methods The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst on the reaction were optimized. The optimal conditions were Al2O3 and Si O2 (87:13) catalyzed by a 40 ° C water bath for 24 h, and allowed to stand at room temperature for 48 h.
Results The yield of the product was 61.62%, the purity of the product was 99.2% (HPLC normalization method), and the product structure was characterized by 1HNMR.
Conclusion The improved process is simple and feasible, suitable for simple synthesis in the laboratory.
