Application: Potassium chloride can be used as base fertilizer and top dressing. A few chlorine-sensitive crops are generally not suitable for seed fertilizer and top dressing. Potassium chloride has a high chlorine content, and a small amount of fertilizer has a high content of sodium chloride, so it is generally not suitable for saline-alkaline soil; used in neutral and acidic soils, it should be properly combined with lime and organic fertilizer.

For potato, sweet potato, sugar beet, tobacco, tea and citrus, grape and other chlorine-free crops, in areas or seasons with sufficient rainfall or good irrigation conditions, potassium chloride can be used as a base fertilizer for early application, but not in dry or dry season.
